We offer various services to help you get the most from the cloud and to do so when you get in touch with us we need your personal information to help determine how we can best help you and to get back in touch with you. The privacy of our visitors to our solution and service is important to us. We recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Once you submit one of the forms, our third-party data processor,Google Cloud processes your personal information for the purposes you choose to agree to on the form. Google Cloud securely stores and encrypts your information when at rest or transmitted over the internet and is only accessible by GEAR user accounts with two-factor authentication. Google processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms.

We use Paypal as our one-shot support order platform. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Paypal for processing in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms.

What happens if you do not provide the personal information we request

How long do we hold your personal information

Your personal information is held indefinitely until:

  • You request your information to be updated – old information is deleted when updated
